A Short Biography

I received my B.Engr. degree in 2000 and M.Engr. degree in 2002, both from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, China. Between 2002 and 2004, I worked in the Information Technology industry in Singapore as a software designer and developer. Such work experiences brought me valuable experimental skills and hands-on industrial experiences in the IT field. Since September 2004, I have been pursuing my Ph.D. degree with the iQua research group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. My research is in the general area of peer-to-peer and overlay networks.
