Instructions on Preparing Camera-ready Manuscripts of your Papers
Congratulations on your paper being accepted into the IWQoS 2004 technical
program. The IWQoS 2004 Proceedings will be printed by the IEEE
Communications Society, and will also be automatically included into the
searchable IEEExplore Digital
Library archive. Please pay special attention to the following
preparation guidelines to prepare your camera-ready manuscript.
The standard template for camera-ready manuscript in the IWQoS 2004
Proceedings is the standard IEEE transactions format. You can download
them from this
official IEEE web site. Alternatively, you may use the following local
copies, which are identical to the templates downloaded from the official
web site:

Important note: Please make sure that you use the conference
mode of the IEEE transactions LaTeX template (i.e., IEEEtran.cls),
as follows:
\documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran}
Using the standard IEEE transactions template, each regular paper accepted
in IWQoS 2004 is allowed 10 pages in the proceedings, and each short
paper is allocated 5 pages. For short papers only, up to
three (3) extra pages can be purchased at a charge of US $150
per extra page.
Camera-ready submission deadline: April 30, 2004
After this date your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Camera-ready submission instructions
All camera-ready manuscripts are submitted electronically. The submission
web site has been established:

You need to submit your LaTeX source files when submitting camera-ready
manuscripts. The system will generate an appropriate PDF proof for you to
proofread and finalize your submission.
Please note: There will be some time required for the web site to
generate Adobe PDFs from your submission of source files. Please submit
your source files by April 29 2004, so that you can finalize the
submission by April 30 2004, the hard deadline for camera-ready
submissions. These dates have been noted in the web site as well.
